Playmats
Why should I choose a Plush Playmat?
We think there are so many reasons! To name just a few, our playmats are made with high-quality materials featuring non-toxic memory foam, taking care of both safety and comfort. We have created simple, subtle designs to fit peacefully into your home and be enjoyed by all family members for many years.
We have also worked hard to avoid the big price tag you might come across with other companies. We want as many people as possible to experience our luxurious Plush Playmats!
What sizes do you offer?
There are two sizes available in all designs.
Large – Similar to a large rug size and measures 210cm x 140cm.
Medium – Still has plenty of space for the whole family and measures 185cm x 125cm.
How do I clean the playmat?
Simply wipe down with plain water or a gentle cleaning solution and a soft cloth as needed.
We recommend cleaning up spillages promptly and avoiding substances that may cause staining or discolouration, such as food dyes, paint and permanent markers.
There is a slight curl on one edge or some lines on the playmat surface – what can I do?
As our playmats are made from memory foam, slight curling at the edges or surface lines may be visible when first unrolled. This is completely normal and occurs as a result of the packaging and shipping process.
Simply allow the playmat time to settle naturally, or roll it gently in the opposite direction and leave it flat to help it return to shape. These marks are temporary and do not affect the performance or safety of the playmat.
Can I use the playmat outside?
You can take your playmat outside; however, care should be taken to avoid placing it on sharp, rough or abrasive surfaces, as these may damage the material. Please ensure the playmat is always brought back indoors after use.
Direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to heat may cause colours and patterns to fade over time.
Damage caused by sharp objects, rough surfaces, punctures, cuts, tears or other external factors is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not covered by our warranty or returns policy.
Will my underfloor heating damage the playmat?
No. The playmat can be used on underfloor heating and has a good heat tolerance.
Can pets mark the playmat?
Of course the whole family will want to enjoy the playmat! However, we recommend taking care around sharp claws and ensuring pets do not chew, scratch or dig at the playmat.
Damage caused by pet claws, chewing, scratching or other pet-related activity is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not covered by our warranty or returns policy.
What should I do if my playmat becomes damaged?
For safety reasons, please stop using the playmat if it becomes damaged.

Play Couch
Can we play with the Plush Play Couch straight away?
The Plush Play Couch is compacted for ease of shipping, so it can be a little shy when it's first opened – but that definitely makes for a fun unboxing experience!
We recommend allowing a few days for the foam to fully expand and settle into its intended shape.
What are the dimensions of the Plush Play Couch?
The Plush Play Couch measures 84cm wide by 168cm long in its standard configuration.
The base cushions are 20cm high, and the couch measures approximately 53cm high to the top of the cushions in its standard configuration.
To see the dimensions of each individual piece, please refer to the product images on The Plush Play Couch product page.
What age is the Plush Play Couch for?
The Plush Play Couch is suitable for children aged 3 years and over.
It is designed to cater to a range of age groups and grow with your family through years of imaginative play.
How big is the box the Plush Play Couch arrives in?
Your Plush Play Couch arrives vacuum rolled and compressed into a manageable box measuring approximately 35cm x 35cm x 90cm and weighing around 14kg.
We use high-quality foam that is designed to return to shape after compression.
How do I clean my Plush Play Couch?
Spot cleaning can be carried out using a gentle cleanser and a soft cloth.
The covers are water-resistant but not waterproof, so soaking should be avoided. If the couch becomes wet, remove the covers and place them in a well-ventilated area to dry.
For a deeper clean, the microsuede covers can be removed and machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle using a colour-safe detergent. Line dry only. Do not tumble dry, as this may cause shrinkage.
Can I use the Plush Play Couch outside?
It is fine to bring your couch to a dry outdoor area, such as decking, a patio or a garage, for supervised play. However, it should not be left outdoors.
The Plush Play Couch is not waterproof, so exposure to rain, moisture or damp conditions should be avoided. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may also cause the fabric covers to fade over time.
Care should be taken to avoid sharp objects, rough surfaces, pet claws and anything that could puncture, tear or otherwise damage the fabric.
Damage caused by accidental damage, misuse, punctures, tears, sharp objects or other external factors is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not covered by our warranty or returns policy.
What should I do if my Plush Play Couch becomes damaged?
For safety reasons, please stop using the product if any damage occurs that may affect its safe use.
